This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the wood-fired sauna provided by Twø Barrel Sauna. Please read carefully and sign to acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Important Safety Guidelines

Substance Use:
The use of drugs, alcohol, or medications prior to or during the sauna session may result in dizziness, nausea, or loss of consciousness. Clients using any medications must consult their physician or pharmacist before using the sauna.
Medical Clearance:
Clients are advised to consult their physician if they have any medical concerns or conditions that may affect their ability to use the sauna safely.
Age Restrictions:
Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult while using the sauna.
Discontinue Use if Unwell:
If you feel light-headed, dizzy, or heat-exhausted during your session, leave the sauna immediately and inform a staff member or contact Twø Barrel Sauna for assistance.
Session Duration and Temperature Limits:
Sauna sessions should not exceed 45 minutes, and the internal temperature should remain below 190°F.
Hydration:
Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session. Plastic water bottles are not permitted inside the sauna; only reusable or glass bottles are allowed.
Pregnancy Warning:
Pregnant individuals must consult their physician before using the sauna. Elevated body temperatures may pose risks, especially during the early stages of pregnancy.
Health Risks:
The use of the sauna is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, or severe respiratory conditions. Always seek medical advice if unsure.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the wood-fired sauna provided by Twø Barrel Sauna, including the risk of injury, accident, or death. I understand these risks may arise from, but are not limited to:

Exposure to high temperatures
Personal negligence or pre-existing health conditions
Equipment or facility usage

I, my heirs, executors, representatives, or assigns hereby release Twø Barrel Sauna, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and representatives from all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from my use of the sauna or any advice provided.

Agreement Duration

This waiver and acknowledgment remain in effect for all sauna sessions unless explicitly revoked in writing by either party.
